UCL Partners Procurement Service (PPS) on behalf of the Whittington Hospital NHS Trust (the Authority) is looking to establish a new National Sole Supplier Framework, that will deliver services on a national basis across England, for the provision of Managing Agent Services for Clinical and Domestic Waste for the NHS and Local Authorities. In relation to Local Authorities, the services only relate to clinical waste and not domestic waste management type services.
