The successful bidders will support and collaborate with RBKC's Repairs Maintenance and Voids Services Team in providing the Works across RBKC's portfolio of ten thousand (10,000) properties. RBKC's requirements for the Works are set out in the Specification Documents which have been uploaded to the Portal.
