Framework Agreement for the Provision of Financial Services

This notice has been issued by the British Red Cross on behalf of the Lebanese Red Cross only. The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) is looking for service providers who are able to facilitate all or any of the following mechanisms of cash and voucher transfers. This includes: 1) Provision of closed-loop card (or other biometric) solution. (Including e-voucher cards); 2) Provision of open-loop card (or other biometric) solution - ATM/POS cards; and 3) Transfer to a named beneficiary via local money agent / bank / post office.
