Framework Agreement for the Provision of Professional Services - Property Services

The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Professional Services - Property Services. The Framework Agreement will replace the current arrangement which expires on 31st December 2017. This Framework Agreement will comprise of three (3) Lots which are as follows: Lot 1 Commercial Sales - which includes auction sales, acquisitions, valuations, lettings, management and specialist advice, Lot 2 Residential Sales - which includes acquisitions, valuations, lettings, management and Lot 3 - Retail Sales - which includes acquisitions, valuations, lettings, and management.
