Framework agreement to supply specialist As and When staffing. The staff are required to provide 'as and when' support and care to service users in: their own homes (2 geographical locations); 3 nursing homes; 5 registered care homes and 7 supported living projects. Staff will be required to cover defined hours of work (24-hour shift patterns) in the absence of a permanent worker or an in house 'bank' worker being available. This may be: 1.
