TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE WORKS 2015 ? 2019 VIA A MULTI-CONTRACTOR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT 1.1 The Council have on-going programme for the provision of landscape works for the financial years 20015/19. The Council proposes to establish a multi-contractor framework agreement and intends to appoint a maximum of 7 contractors under the agreement. 1.2 This is a framework agreement and therefore orders will be placed as and when required but without guarantee as to volumes and in accordance with the Framework Rules (Section 2). 1.3 Order values will generally be up to £30,000.
