Framework for Community Bank Due Diligence

The Community Savings Banks Association (CSBA) is supporting the creation of a network of banks to serve the everyday financial needs of ordinary people, local community groups, and small and medium sized companies and that reflect the unique characteristic and priorities of the region. Bristol City Council (The Authority) and a number of local authorities ('participating authorities') have agreed, committed 'in principle' or are considering investment in the banks being developed for their respective regions.
