CPI has developed a health and well-being strategy 'Our People Matter Plan'. This was created to enable a positive culture where our employee's health really matters, and the responsibility is on us all to enhance well-being across our business. We want to enable our employees to 'bring our best self to work', helping our employees to take ownership of their well-being by giving them the right tools, guidance, and support.
