Framework for Minor Electrical Works

The proposed Form of Contract is to be NEC3 Framework and NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (Option A) or NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Sub-Contract (Option A) The Authority is seeking reputable contractors to be included on a Framework of Contractors from who project tenders can be obtained on a mini-competition basis. The project works will be across the range of the Authority’s properties and will be of removal, alterations and refurbishment nature including the following: Electrical works - to water, heating and ventilation services (use of subcontractors from other Authority framework lists) Co-ordination of Authority works and Contractors.
