The Authority has completed various Rock Face Stabilisation Works in different areas of Torbay in the recent past, examples of which are included as Appendix A. The sites include coastal / inland cliffs and former inland quarries. For provision of future schemes during the next four (4) years (with the option of an additional 2 years) a Framework Agreement of a maximum six (6) Contractors will be established by the Authority and places will be awarded on this Framework by means of this procurement process.
