This framework replaces both the 2015 Building & Maintenance Services Framework (LPP/2014/004) and the Soft Facilities Management Services Framework (LPP0028) in April 2017. This framework will consist of three lots; • Lot 1 Total Managed Service (Hard & Soft FM), • Lot 2 Building & Engineering Services (Fully managed) and • Lot 3, Soft FM (Fully Managed Service). This gives clients the opportunity to encompass their entire FM requirement with a single provider or have a fully managed service for either discipline.
