The Hackney Learning Trust (HLT), following consultation with the schools, has agreed to set up a catering framework for Primary schools in Hackney. The Trust is committed to providing high quality, nutritious catering service to schools that meet the local needs of schools and pupils. This Specification sets out the nature of the services to be provided. Where quality standards are set out, they are the minimum acceptable level to be achieved on a consistent basis.
