Framework for the Provision of Electrical Re-Wiring, Installation, Repair and Maintenance Works

South Tyneside Homes wish to establish a framework agreement for electrical installation and maintenance works on their portfolio of domestic properties The works will be on an as and when required basis and will include but not be limited to full and partial re-wires and general electrical maintenance and surveys, reports, plans and professional advice relating to all works covered by the framework agreement.
