Framework for the Provision of Trailblazer Programme Support Services and Activities

Swansea Council is establishing a Framework Agreement to commission suitable providers to deliver accessible, community-based activities and support as part of Swansea Council’s Trailblazer programme. Funding for this commission has been secured through the Welsh Government’s Trailblazer fund. The services will support economically inactive residents across Swansea to improve health, wellbeing, confidence, resilience, social connection and readiness to move closer to employment, training, volunteering or wider community participation.
