CPI have a requirement for a flexible, small-batch granulation device that has control of mixing energy/RPM, consistent liquid/binder addition, and a range of different mixer geometries. CPI have extensive capability in terms of continuous granulation and powder processing but have identified a gap in terms of the ability to produce batch quantities of granulated materials with very small amounts of materials, insufficient for running within a continuous process.
