Fuel supply impact analysis for major international disruptions

Appointment of supplier to undertake a piece of research primarily for the International Energy Unit but with significant read-across for DECC’s Energy Resilience team. The research requires an assessment of the scenarios under which there could be a threat to product supply to the UK and Europe as well as the impact on fuel supplies that would be available to the UK under those conditions.
