The Revenue and Benefits systems in existence at ENC and BCW are currently running on two separate databases. Following a Request For Information (RFI) procurement exercise it has identified that the two separate databases will be consolidated into a single installation. Alongside this consolidation, an Electronic Records Management System (EDRMS) will also be introduced
