This opportunity has previously been advertised (project reference DN776749) but the bids received were substantially higher than expected budget. As part of our commitment to achieving best value, the opportunity is being retendered to allow for market warming to be carried out. The contract period is 2 years. This opportunity will be awarded based on price only.
