GB-Basildon: Minor Works (Depot)

Basildon Borough Council is responsible for the provision and maintenance of various car parks, open spaces, private roads & footpaths and drainage works within the Borough. The proposed contract will comprise general maintenance work to be carried out over a fixed term contract of 7 years with an option to extend 2 years. It will cover car parks, open spaces, carriageway and footway construction and resurfacing, reconstruction, ducting, signing (street furniture), fencing, drainage and gully emptying.
