GB-Braintree: Affordable Housing Viability Study

Braintree District Council is seeking a consultant to undertake an Affordable Housing Viability Study and update or replace its tool kit to be used to determine affordable housing viability. This document will be used as evidence for the production of new policies on affordable housing in a new Local Plan. This policy will cover issues such as when affordable housing contributions should be sought, at what percentage and whether different affordable housing thresholds should be sought in different areas based on local housing market conditions.
