Braintree District Council is requesting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (Levels 1 and 2), to cover its administrative area. The study will form part of the evidence base for the Council’s emerging Local Plan. The Local Plan will cover the period to 2033 and will replace the existing adopted Local Plan Review 2005 and the Core Strategy 2011 which are presently adopted.
