Metropolitan Housing Trust is seeking bids for the following services, they are: •Refurbishment of Trinity Court (Budget £42K inc VAT) •Provision of Office Furniture (Budget £55K inc VAT) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
