The Authority are seeking a successful Contractor who will deliver our Energy Switch strategy by developing, promoting and operating a high-quality service on behalf of Essex County Council ("the Authority") that enables the residents and commercial businesses (via a bureau service) of Essex to: 1.Switch gas and/or electricity providers and, 2.Reduce energy costs based on their individual circumstances and, 3.Support the Authority in its aim to reduce fuel poverty within the County of Essex.
