NOTE: This notice was updated on 15 February 2018 for the following reason: Extension of Tender return deadline to 09.00 hours on Monday 19th February 2018Chelmsford Museum is based around a 19th Century substantial residence in Oaklands Park, which is Grade 2 listed. The Museum was recently extended and a Heritage Lottery Grant has enabled a refurbishment of the original house to now be undertaken. The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified main contractor to undertake this important project.
