GB-Chelmsford: Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a single contractor for a three year term, plus a possible two further one year extensions, to undertake planned and regular servicing to air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems at Council buildings throughout the Chelmsford area.
