GB-Colchester: Ancillary Refurbishments Charter Hall

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) intends to commission a Contractor to undertake works for Charter Hall that provide an aesthetic upgrade to areas both internally and externally but excluding the Main Hall. The external works include removal of existing fire escape staircase to front entrance area, blocking up of existing fire exit, installation of new entrance canopy, upgrade to existing entrance doors, and installation of new illuminated signage to high level and low level entrance signage.
