Colchester Borough Council invites consultants to tender a submission to work with the Council on an exciting public realm and branding project which will help create a major sports and leisure destination on the northern fringe of Colchester in Essex. We need specialist skills, bringing innovation, experience and practicality to create an identity and a strong public realm.
