GB-Colchester: Redevelopment of 5-6 St Nicholas St

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Contractor for the redevelopment of a historic town centre retail unit, with upper parts, formally known as Jacks. The Council wishes the existing building to be redeveloped to create a new double fronted retail unit to the ground floor, with an independent residential flat to the rear, with further flats to be located on the first and second floors.
