Contractors are to make an allowance for repairs prior to decoration a detailed schedule of repairs will be agreed once a main contractor has been appointed (Studio 3.3 requires a replacement window). Included within the contract is the repairs as detailed in the Lane for Drains drainage report included within tender pack. On completion of the work replace the macadam to the entire court yard to achieve the required falls.
