GB-Derby: Contract TD1042 Environmental Improvement works to Osmaston Road Lambe and Rauche Court

Contract to include; •minor demolition works, (Parapet walls to porch areas required removing completely) •Construction of new porch/lobby, canopy, new walls, windows and doors. •Works also includes specialist pitch roof construction over existing flat roofs Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
