GB-East Grinstead: Provision of Software to collect and report on Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)

The Trust plans to publish outcome measures at consultant or team level as appropriate. They will be made up of both PROMs and clinical outcome measures as decided in consultation with clinicians and patient focus groups. We will publish a total of six outcome measures during the year. They will appear on the trust website and will be updated in accordance with the frequency of data collection.The projects’ main focus is specifically on the collection and reporting of PROM’s for the services provided by the hospital either in East Grinstead or where we provide satellite clinics, and to link with our internal data (PAS).
