NLB's Oban base operates an Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water blasting system for the removal of marine growth and paint from Buoys during refurbishment operations. Due to the unique nature of the operation NLB are now looking for a supplier to provide a suitable UHP washing system, to remove/reduce the strain imposed on our operators through the use of the jetting gun. This exercise is being undertaken through two separate tendering exercises.
