The demolition of the remaining sections of the fire damaged building known as Markhams Chase Play Centre down to the top of the foundation level; the construction of a small single storey extension adjoining Bluehouse Farm Community Centre building and the relevant services works associated with these re-build works; minor refurbishment works inside Bluehouse Farm Community Centre building; including for the erection of temporary works and hoardings to accommodate the overall works; all located at Laindon Link, Basildon, Essex SS15 5UH.
