The building is a multipurpose user building with offices, conference room and Cadet HQ. Access to the working area is through the main double door to the front elevation. You are to keep these clear at all times and the adjacent drill hall/gym to which the working area opens onto. The gym is used daily mainly mornings, lunch times and evenings. Working times are 8.30am - 4.30am any other times are grace and favor by our Caretaker contact details will be given on awarding tender.…
