GB-Leeds: Roofing Works

Yorkshire Housing Limited ("YH") invites tenders for organisations ("Contractors") to participate in a 51-month framework agreement ('the Agreement') for roofing works ("Works") to Leeds City Council housing stock ("Property") in the Swarcliffe area. The range and types of Works required are to include pitched and flat roofs, pointing, rendering, cavity wall and elements of ground works. Scaffolding will also be required. Annual expenditure is estimated to be in the region of £500,000, there may be additional package(s) of Works (specifically rendering) amounting to approximately a further £500,000 (in total, not per annum).
