GB-Leeds: Supply and Installation of a Car Parking System

The University of Leeds has a requirement, for a supplier to provide a new car parking system used across the University. The car parking system serves two principal functions: •Management and issue of parking permits •Processing, issue and enforcement of Parking Charge Notices These functions are currently provided by two system Suppliers: •ParkIt for Permit Management •iView for Parking Charge Notice issue and enforcement Whilst these systems do work together, this integration is limited and getting the Suppliers to work together has proved to be a challenge.
