Shaping Futures is a partnership of 12 Higher and Further Education providers located within the Liverpool City Region (LCR). The programme is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) as part of the National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP). The aim of the programme is to increase applications from selected electoral wards in which progression to Higher Education (HE) is lower than expected based on GCSE attainment.
