GB-London: Carbon Measurements (T1197)

This project has the following objectives (split into two work packages): To develop a standardised agreed methodology and set of metrics to apply across the whole rail industry to measure, manage and report emissions on a system-wide basis. To define a system boundary for the rail industry for emissions which reflects what the industry is able to control directly. This will include an assessment of where the 'guiding hand' lies within the organisations within the system boundary that is best placed to take on lead responsibility for managing specified emissions sources.
