GB-London: Interim and long-term targets to deliver rail decarbonisation (T1198)

The project will develop guidance on the best pathways to achieve the specified long-term targets (the TDP gross zero emissions target and the CCC Further Ambitions contributions to net zero residual emissions scenario, or any other target(s) that may be specified under the TDP.)
