GB-London: Minor Works contract

The Facilities Management Department within IWM is looking to set up Framework Contracts with no more than three suppliers per 'Lot' category to cover its Minor Works requirements over the next two years (with an option to extend for a further two years). As stated, IWM branches are geographically spread across London, Duxford (Cambridgeshire) and North (Manchester), so IWM is looking for suppliers to be able to price competitively and react quickly to each of these branches' requirements as some of the work is planned and some of it is of a reactive nature.
