Approved caterers will need to be able to respond in a timely and coherent manner to a range of clients including large corporate companies, global brands, charity and associations and private clients. Our venues operate as museums and public attractions between the hours of 10am-5pm, therefore caterers should be experienced in working to tight deadlines and in logistically challenging spaces. Set on a UNESCO world heritage site, all the venues are Grade 1 listed and have a strict set of rules and regulations which caterers will be expected to abide with.
