Waveney District Council is looking to undertake a Whole Plan Viability Assessment which will support the preparation of the new Local Plan for the District and potentially, a review of the Council's Community Infrastructure Levy. The assessment should be prepared in line with the 'Viability' guidance contained within the National Planning Practice guidance.
