Golding Homes are moving to a new head office. As part of this, there is a cafe space which us currently available to a catering provider who wishes to set up a facility within the head office. This will be a fully negotiated procedure which focusses on getting the correct solution for the site including support of local initiatives and SME's. This is not a competitive procurement for the purposes of the Concession Regulations as it is not of a high enough value, nor is any risk transferred back to Golding Homes.
