GB-Norwich: Simpson Centre Refurbishment

The scope of works shall provide refurbishment of the Simpson Centre hall at Kelling Hospital. The works will include the: •removal of internal structural walls and partition walls; •provision of new structural support; •removal of existing engineering services; •reinstatement of engineering services and new engineering services, as an open plan office area, with breakout rooms; •redecoration of the open plan hall; and •the commissioning of all modifications and modified services, including any new services.
