The objective of this commission is to provide a Phase 1 (Desk Top Study and Site Walkover) & 2 (Site Investigation) site and ground investigation report and topographical survey to inform the shortlisted tenderers of ground conditions, utilities and drainage together with a site survey in order to eliminate associated risks (as far as is reasonably practicable ) during the design process stage. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
