GB-Sheffield: Colleague Engagement Survey Design and Services

BBB requires a business partner to provide a colleague engagement survey suitable for all colleagues to use based on current engagement questions and with the option to ask some questions specific to BBB such as questions about our values. The selected supplier will be required to work with BBB HR to agree the questions and branding for the survey.
