The purpose of the commission is to inform: •The ongoing Local Plan Review; •The application of appropriate Affordable Housing policy and contribution rates; and •Following the completion of the Local Plan Review, the preparation of an updated Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule.
