The work consists of carrying out a gas installation safety inspection and tightness testing, to ensure that any gas appliance, installation pipework and flue installed on Council controlled premises, are maintained in a safe condition so as to prevent risk of injury to any person. The objective of the contract is for the Contractor to provide a comprehensive and accurate record of the safety and integrity of the gas installation pipework, flues and gas appliances.
