GB-Shropshire: DONV 005 - Landscape & Visual Sensitivity Study

This is a contract award notice for a Landscape and Visual Sensitivity Study for Shropshire. The Study forms part of the evidence base for the Local Plan Review (LPR). It will assess the sensitivity of land around 57 settlements and up to 5 strategic sites within Shropshire to three forms of development (housing, employment, and mixed use) and identify effective mitigation measures as appropriate. The conclusions of the Study will inform the selection of suitable sites for allocation in the LPR.
