GB-Stoke: Quotation for Crisis Support - Provision of Food Parcels

Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to appoint an organisation(s) to provide, and where appropriate, deliver food parcels to people assessed by the Authority as being eligible for crisis support under the Local Welfare Provision Scheme, often referred to as Social Fund. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
